Nothing beats the real thing when it comes to classic art, retro clothing, and genuine old photography. During a recent trip to my dad's house, we uncovered a stack of family photos that dated back to the late forties. Despite being over fifty years old, they had held up surprisingly well. For preservations sake, we decided that it would be a good idea to scan them and have backups in a digital format.

Most of the photos are of my grandparents, dad, and uncle (each of which can be seen on the left of this page) and were taken sometime between 1948 and 1965 in and around Chelsea, Massachusetts.
