The shot where Manny’s arms are up, and the entire first base side is doing the same thing, is one of the coolest sports photos I’ve seen in a while. I know Ortiz can end the game with one swing, and has been good against K-Rod, but how the HECK do you walk him to face the best right-handed hitter of this generation. Hey, I have an idea! Let’s walk Gherhig to get to Ruth! I don’t think Ruth’s “feelin’ it” right now. Yeah, great move.
