• I want to open a Jamaican food stand just so I can name it The Jerk Store.
  • If not a Jamaican place, my other restaurant idea is a place called De-constructed, where EVERYTHING is obnoxiously de-constructed. This silly food fad is everywhere, so I want to take it to the next level. Lemonade would be an empty glass, some lemons, and a pile of sugar…all beautifully presented on a square white plate. It would cost $19. De-constructed chicken soup would be….well you get the idea.
  • So many places in Boston are cash only, probably because they are cheating on their taxes. I will now refer to the payment policy of these cash only establishments as being “Randy Moss Style”. Aka, “Straight Cash Homey“.
