I was looking for a solid graphic designer for a good part of a year so I could do more selling and marketing. I finally found one but not until I had talked to a lot of people who simply did not have the skills necessary to design in the real world. I have no schooling in design but I've been doing it for a long time and I know what works. I also recognized that there was a point where I ran out of design ideas and it was either get into school or do something else. So I incorporated, created a company called <a href="http://www.naturalrhythm.net" rel="nofollow">Natural Rhythm</a> and went into the sales side of things while hiring an expert designer.
