Well , Then it's time for parents to step in and do some parenting eh . Don't think these kids are not doing this off of myspace . Come on .

If it wasn't for myspace , how would you get to spy on them and see what they are really doing . What most teens do anyway .

''a molester’s dream''

The real issue is why do we keep letting these dirty bastards out of jail ? myspace doesn't bring them out more than we keep letting them out and around the kids ..again , you get to spy and capture these freaks now .. before you couldn't and they were always around your kids .

You should be thanking sites like this cause now you get to keep a better eye on your kids and their friends .. Maybe actually act like parents and try to become a community .. eh

no more placing the blame on others ... you all know better .

My teenage daughter brought me over to the computer to show me the website she made for herself on MySpace. I was appauled to see that her and her friends were dressed to look much older, and some of her friends even misrepresented their age! Of course, my daughter looked like an angel compared to some of her friends. During my free time, I browse some of their blog entriesonly to hear them talking about sex and using drugs. This seems like a very dangerous enviroment for these girls - especially who are misrepresenting their age. It has their pictures, and even the school in which they attend - a molester's dream!

Amazing, I spent some time this weekend making comparisons between AOL and MySpace. I'm convinced that MySpace is the AOL for this generations tech sector. Not that its a bad thing being a hugely successful company with a rabid fan base. But it's definitely not all roses.

The similarities are pretty obvious:
1. Huge not so savvy user base
2. Annoying in all the ways that attract a huge not so savvy user base
3. Ungodly downtimes that only a true believer (or someone who doesn't know better) could live with
4. Ugly as sin
5. Huge not so savvy user base

It's not for me, but it's a marketers wet dream. I'd be interested in a poll asking the average MySpace user to define phishing.
