Howard Stern – Listen Online

Or not. COME ON SIRIUS…open up some of this content here. I even have the god damned subscription to your service, and I STILL can’t listen to your programming on-line? The Jay Thomas show? Thank you, no. Between the 7 miles of wire that needed to be run down the molding of the car, the fact that the on-line activation could not handle more than a single gift card at a time for payment, and the lack of on-line content…I am not overly thrilled thus far with Sirius. I mean, the content is off the hook and makes regular radio nearly unbearable, but they really need to tie up the loose ends.

No Howard Stern?

I guess since we can’t even access the streaming content on-line, that the chances of Howard Stern downloads/podcasts are not really anywhere on the horizon.

The stream should be coming shortly. They talked about it a bit today. I can only imagine that the hold up is finalizing their advertising deals. If you notice, its only the advertising free Music channels that they broadcast now. But thats what? 150 channels of music?

They will be rebroadcasting today at 9pm. It will be worth tuning in.

I have an mp3 of the show, and I assume that they’ll be available if you look hard enough.. Just gotta be a day late..

you may have heard Howard say today that he really wants it online at sirius as well as howardstern.com and that it is an internal argument that is holding up the process.

Dude, RELAX! You pay for SATELLITE radio…the online availability of programming is an added bonus, not part of the service.

Good things come to those who wait…I’ve been wired with Siriius for almost 14 months and it has only gotten better. You are correct in that the programming is THREE-TIMES DOPE!

I am so relieved to hear that soon I will be listening to Howard Online. I purchased my Sirius, when they first came out, way before Howard annouced his departure from testicular radio, i can’t listen at work though because i have no window near me. I record the morning show on a tape recorder and listen to it in the afternoon. There is nothing like listening to Howard Live …..anyways…..I am standing on pins and needles waiting for the day when i see Howard on the Online Sirius Channel Selector.

“the online availability of programming is an added bonus, not part of the service.”

We are all now a bit more stupid for reading your ignorant comment. When I purchased my subscription, I confirmed with my sales person that online availability WAS part of the service as I spend most of my day in a building with no windows or external exits within 50 yards of me. Soon after, I learned I had been ripped off because I could only get talk and music online. Now, I can’t even hear the only talk show worth a damn?!? Give me an F’in break. I doubt I’ll renew my subscription unless some seriouos changes are made to my service. Siriusly!

howrd already confirmed that his show WILL be streaming on sirius.com and Howardstern.com….just log in and play. They need to upgrade the Sirius player because right now it would crash…..buut’ its coming very soon he said………..thank god, this should help subscription numbers alot i think cause its super convenient.

It not online because they want to sell more units. Just think of the loss to the unit producers if they went on line. I would only buy online.
