Almost. So this has 85% of what I need. I want to get two custom features though. I want the results page (or a version of the results page) to be unprotected, so people can see aggregate results. And I want to spit out some HTML on submit of the survey, so that users can grab the questions, and their answers, and drop them into their own blog or site... Anyone? This is PERFECT. Almost.
