And though I have never been to Crunch, I am going to rely on a little deductive reasoning here and take a leap of faith and agree that they do in fact suck. I read Noah’s writing daily, I have many similar customer service horror stories of my own, and I know how *most* gyms operate, so I feel comfortable in making this assumption.
Anyways…check out the saga here. The evidence is fairly damning, and as is Noah’s intention, based on his story, I will likely steer clear of Crunch if I am ever in the market for a new gym. My favorite part by far is that Crunch owns Crunchsucks.com…talk about a red flag.
