WTF?
How: Blogads is now invitation only. To participate in Blogads, you need to be sponsored by a blogger in the network. If you don’t know a sponsor, write sellers@blogads.com and we’ll notify you when a sponsor appears in your niche.
Why? This seems, at the surface, to be absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I can think of that would drive this decision, is that they have not been able to keep up with incoming publisher sign-ups could not properly screen new applicants. Which I guess…in a round-about way….is an ok problem to have. However, I am hoping this is only a short term solution. BlogAds is already the most user unfriendly system I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with, so I am not totally clear how this makes it any better. Forcing sites that may have butt-loads of traffic to find an existing BlogAds user to use as a referral, just to get in the door, seems silly. Let’s see…what other ways can we make it MORE difficult for potential users to gain access to BlogAds. Trust me…it is disappointing once you do get in.
Will someone just do this right already? Or at least give me a bunch of money to get a handful of my smart friends together, and we will do it right.

BlogAds is disappointing. It took them weeks to figure out how to delete the mini network I created.
