Our house payment is so much we can only afford interest only payments at this time, but I know this is were I want to live for the next 20 years or so until all the kids are out of the house. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's of better value, think of Kia, Daewoo, McDonald, Rooms to Go, etc! Yep, I’d rather pay more money and live somewhere I want to live!

There is very little good about it; unless of course you like Bugs, huge Flying cockroaches, Ants that bite, Alligators in most lakes, water you can't go near because it is contaminated by bacteria, Mold everywhere, grass (aka crab grass), thunderstorms every single day in the summer, at any old time, (they can't predict them). Some people may also like the white trash sector, people who have no pride and think lawn care, house cleaning, and watching their kids are things to avoid. There are no safe neighborhoods in Florida, if you find one, it is usually surrounded by an unsafe one. Why on earth do people live here on purpose? I think it is so nasty and dirty, I only live here because I am stuck here for now. hate Florida. I'm also confused by why anyone lives in an area that gets hit by natural disasters *every year*. It's almost like God hates Florida. The same is true of trailer parks in Kansas.
