So after a couple of good years together, I am shopping around my faithful Sony Vaio PCG-FRV25 Notebook. It has done me well, I am just looking to go back to the desktop for a little while. Not in need of the portability that comes with a laptop like I used to be. If you are interested, it is on eBay with a reserve price of under $1000. All of the nerd specs are listed there, but the quick and dirty details are:
- 2.66 GHz Pentium 4
- Windows XP Home
- 512 MB RAM
- 40 GB Hard Drive
- 15 inch Display
- DVD-ROM/CD-RW Combo
The only negative is that it may need a new battery. It doesn’t hold a charge, but works fine when plugged into the wall via the AC adapter.
